This game was delveloped for Hasbro and was well underway when I joined Human Code. My duties included the pre-game interface, the in-game options screen, and the network connectivity code for the game. The pre-game screens were used to select the type of game and to set up the player data for the game. The option screens allowed for the all of the usual game setting modifications and also contained the built in help. For the networking code, I first developed the set up screens (for type of connection, game parameters, and chat area), and then transplanted engine code from a previous game to handle most of the functionality.

Though this was a very stressful assignment (as it was running over schedule when I joined, and was in "crunch mode" for the duration), the game did make it to the shelves. Need For Speed IV also ran to completion (after I had returned to Austin), but Trivial Pursuit was my first game to finish and hit the market.
