Club Rikanai is a four-level entertainment complex designed for multiple adventures. It is built to have something for everyone and reasons to visit again and again. It can be a stand-alone structure or part of a larger environment such as a space station or arcology and is suitable for both modern and futuristic settings.
Ground level features a spacious restaurant with private booths, a stage, kitchen, and some gaming tables. The second floor is the main casino area and also holds a boxing ring and nightclub complete with a DJ and dance floor. Overlooking all of this are VIP booths on the upper level - which also holds the high-rollers area and the boss's office.
Beneath the building is a basement level housing a seedy massage parlor, grimy interrogation chamber, and grungy card room for gamblers who'd rather avoid public scrutiny. The casino vault is also down here.
