On the front of the poster is the 4th Precinct; a multi-purpose law enforcement complex. It includes a police station on one side, a courthouse in the middle, and a four-story jail on the far end.
The back of the poster presents a spacious warehouse packed with boxes and crates. There's a loading dock outside, plus offices and a studio apartment upstairs. Both facilities include basement areas for additional encounters.
