Board Game Assets

Designing and developing the Shadowstar Corsairs board game called for the creation of many original art assets. Several of these are shown below.

The first pair of images are the front and back of the box. The final two are examples of the sector tiles that make up the "board". Each is 8 inches on a side with different art on the front and back. A dozen sectors are included with the standard game.

The first image below is a rendering from the rule book followed by sample card art. The third image shows several pieces: a ship mat, player mat, tokens, etc.. The final image is another diagram from the rule book showing how a ship can be modified with different types of cards.

The images in this row are photographs of the actual game and components. Of course a lot of graphic design work went into the Shadowstar Rule Book as well (PDF document online).
